Its a very hard question, what ratio diff, what tyre pressure. 4.54 diff with about 15 psi and your spin them with a couple of hundred. 3.5 diff and 4.5 psi you be lucky to pull of the line with the HP.
from my own experience, 4.56 gear, 15 x 14.5 tyre @ 5psi, 623bhp, 580ft lb's torque, was sufficient for a rolling burnout (and mid 8's). 450bhp is unlikley to rotate the earth with a rolling burnout but you should be able to boil them in a static burnout by using a line lok. Place the line lok on the rears, that way you can isolate the rear and control the car with the front breakes.
I know there are altereds out there running front brakes and linelocks - cant speak for it myself as my dragster hasnt but i think there are some front motor drags running front brakes and using a line lock.
Linelock wouldt work it`s gone be a front engine dragster
in which case you're running excessive tire. You'd be fine on 15 x 10's in a digger with 400bhp, all the excess width is extra rotating mass and rolling resistance and IMO overkill
