The front beam axle itself can be made by a few people on this forum. I believe the torsion bar assembly can also be made from a road car assmbly such as from a VW Beetle, but I think it’s a lot of work and by the time it has been brought and modified it may be easier and cheaper to get a new one from or Mark Williams or S&W in the states. I'm sure one of the UK chassis builders (Isaacs, Robinson, Sleath, Webster, Hauser, Fester, Wilding etc…) could also advise if you gave them a call.
I've no idea about wheels I'm afriad, but I think Tony Smith and Steve Field have been looking into getting hubs machined and wired etc. Mayeb e-mail them from here too.
Good luck,
Dean.

Phillip if you build to the drawings then you will not need a torsion bar at the front, please wait for the plan, the front axle is mounted to the rail, they should be with you any time now thanks Gary

ive built a few cars now with dummy front torsion bar, alecs is the most notable,7.50ish,seems to work!!! i would say that you need more than 160 inch wheelbase or some people may moan that it needs a working suspension,,,,,,,,,,,expect to pay 450 dollars for a proper bit of kit from mark williams dont bother trying to make a working front torsion bar,.it will look like a turd and wont work properly, so summing up,make a dummy one ,really cheap, plus our tracks are smooth compared to 1957 when you had to negotiate bumps and bomb craters
