I've seen a photo somewhere on line ( can't find it now though) of a t altered that was being restored or rebuilt , it was white with red chassis, the chassis rails were drilled I presume to lose weight, I want to do the same with my box section chassis as I can't afford a new tube one, can anyone give me any advice on doing it

I think you will find it was the old Jeans T chassis.
